Job Description:
  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Provide information about laptop and mobile products.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Support basic administrative tasks and maintain front desk records.
  • Ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk/reception or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of laptops, mobiles, and accessories will be an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, well-groomed, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
