Job Description:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide information about laptop and mobile products.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Support basic administrative tasks and maintain front desk records.
Ensure a welcoming and organized reception environment.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in front desk/reception or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of laptops, mobiles, and accessories will be an advantage.
Professional appearance, well-groomed, and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
