Job Description:

• Provide detailed counseling to students and parents on course structure, eligibility criteria, duration, fees, and career prospects.
• Handle inquiries through walk-ins, telephone calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by effective counseling and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and updated student records in CRM and admission systems.
• Coordinate with academic, finance, and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
• Conduct campus tours, information sessions, workshops, and education fairs.
• Assist students with documentation, application forms, and enrollment formalities.
• Provide post-admission support and address student concerns to ensure retention.
• Collect feedback from students and report insights to management.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Education, or related field.
• Experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
