Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and academic support classes.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, and presentations tailored to the learners’ needs.
• Use interactive teaching methodologies and modern training tools.
• Assess learners through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial guidance.
• Maintain training records and report learner progress.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching practices and academic trends.
• Collaborate with faculty, HR, and management to improve training effectiveness.
• Mentor and motivate learners to achieve academic and career goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Management, English, or related field.
• TOT/pedagogy/instructional design certification preferred.

Experience:

• 1–3 years in teaching/training/professional development.
• Experience in curriculum design or online training is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and e-learning tools.
• Mentoring, facilitation, and evaluation skills.

Other Requirements:

• Passion for education & training.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel if required.
