Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
• Support the accounts team in bookkeeping and data entry.
• Help in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
• Assist in tax and audit preparations.
• Handle invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc., is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
