Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate daily accounting records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
  •  Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements. 
  •  Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. 
  •  Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow. 
  •  Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
  •  Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. 
  •  Support VAT, TDS, and other statutory tax filings in compliance with Nepalese regulations. 
  •  Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required financial documents. 
  •  Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records. 
  •  Monitor business expenses, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. 
  •  Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related activities. 
  •  Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Specification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (BBS/BBA/BBA-Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
  •  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance. 
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  •  Sound knowledge of Nepal Accounting Standards, VAT, TDS, and other taxation regulations. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Swastik, or similar ERP systems. 
  •  Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. 
  •  Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision. 
  •  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines efficiently.
