Admin & Finance Assistant

Job Description:
  • Manage communications with clients, vendors, and stakeholders (phone, email, and in person).
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for confidential company documents.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in company software.
  • Assist the Finance & Admin Officer with administrative and financial tasks.
  • Track, reconcile, and maintain bank transactions and statements.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Information Systems, Semi-qualified CA, or a related management field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and/or finance roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
