Job Description:
  • Lead and manage overall administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Oversee HR documentation, compliance, and employee administration.
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract agreements.
  • Supervise admin team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure proper asset management, logistics, and facility operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management and support strategic planning.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in administration and office management.
