Job Description:

Administrative Support:

•  Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and managed
• Assist with general office upkeep and maintenance

Logistical Tasks:

• Deliver and collect official documents, lab samples, parcels, and bank deposits
• Run errands as required by the office
• Coordinate with internal teams for pickups and deliveries

Support Functions:

• Assist the front desk and nursing staff with inventory checks
• Help manage office stock and notify supervisors of low inventory
• Provide support in routine tasks as assigned by supervisors

Specification:

• Intermediate Level Completed or Bachelors Running
• Valid 2-wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license (Must possess a bike/scooter/4 wheeler).
• Reliable, honest, and punctual.
• Prior experience in office support, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage (but not mandatory).
