• Handle employee and client records, documentation, and filing systems
• Manage incoming/outgoing emails, calls, and official correspondence
• Organize meetings, schedules, and maintain office records
• Prepare and process visa applications and supporting documents
• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
• Track visa status and provide updates to clients
• Maintain visa records and documentation databases
• Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations
• Coordinate with clients, embassies, and government offices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years experience in Administration & Visa Documentation
• Strong knowledge of document management and office administration
• Good communication skills in English and Nepali
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive mindset
