Job Description:
Provide application support to end-users for ERP and Tigg-based software
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues through email, phone, or on-site visits
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges
Conduct software training and user onboarding sessions
Assist in software implementation, testing, and deployment
Document issues, solutions, and updates in the support system
Make field visits when required for client support and software rollout
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management
Minimum 2 years of experience in application/customer support
Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of Tigg software is a strong plus
