Application Support Executive

Job Description:
  • Provide application support to end-users for ERP and Tigg-based software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues through email, phone, or on-site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges
  • Conduct software training and user onboarding sessions
  • Assist in software implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Document issues, solutions, and updates in the support system
  • Make field visits when required for client support and software rollout
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application/customer support
  • Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of Tigg software is a strong plus
