Sales & Strategy
- Set and meet regional sales targets.
- Devise and execute area-specific sales plans.
Channel & Distributor Oversight
- Manage and develop distributor, retail, and salon relationships.
- Ensure product availability and optimize distribution.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams.
- Track performance and provide actionable feedback.
Market Expansion & Visits
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor trends and competitors.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze sales data to guide strategy.
- Deliver concise reports and insights to senior leadership.
Travel Readiness
- Maintain a strong on-ground presence across assigned areas.
Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.
Experience: Typically 3–5+ years of sales management experience; proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
