Job Description:

• Identify and convert sales opportunities in dairy, food, and FMCG sectors. 
•  Manage existing clients and ensure repeat business. 
•  Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets. 
•  Track market trends and competitor activities. 
•  Execute sales projects (product launches, campaigns, activations). 
•  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project implementation. 
•  Manage retail chains, distributors, and key accounts. 
•  Ensure proper merchandising, stock management, and promotions. 
•  Lead and guide sales team/promoters. 
•  Conduct field visits and monitor team performance. 
•  Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data. 

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. 
•  3–7 years in sales/project management (FMCG, dairy, food, retail). 
•  Understanding of modern trade, retail chains, and institutional sales. 
•  Strong communication and negotiation .
•  Analytical and problem-solving ability .
•  Leadership and team handling .
•  Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office .
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing projects.
