Job Description:

• Identify customers with pending asset returns through CRM tools and service termination lists.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange timely pick-up or return of company-owned WiFi equipment.
• Schedule and manage field visits if necessary for asset collection.
• Maintain detailed records of asset recovery status, customer communications, and follow-ups.
• Work with legal and collection teams for escalations where necessary.
•  Ensure recovered equipment is documented, inspected, and processed for refurbishment or reuse. 
• Build positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth recovery processes.
• Assist in developing and improving asset recovery strategies and policies.

Specification:

• IBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 1 years experience in asset recovery, collections, field operations, or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple recovery cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable traveling locally for field recovery work (if required).
