Job Description:

• Identify, track, and recover company assets from defaulting customers, employees, or other responsible parties.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of recovered, pending, and missing assets in the system.
• Coordinate with field teams, administrative staff, and other departments for effective asset tracking and recovery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits to ensure timely recovery of company assets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly asset recovery reports to management.
• Monitor asset status and ensure proper documentation throughout the recovery process.
• Support management in reviewing asset recovery performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and asset control guidelines.
• Suggest and implement preventive measures to reduce asset loss and improve asset management efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive company asset information.
• Assist in audits and verification related to company assets when required.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field preferred (+2 with relevant experience acceptable).
• 1–3 years of experience in asset recovery, field operations, or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of asset management and company policies.
• Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and work in field environments.
