Assets Recovery Executive (Kalanki)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities :

• Asset Tracking & Recovery: Identify and retrieve ISP assets from inactive or defaulting customers.
• Customer Coordination: Contact customers to arrange equipment return and provide guidance on recovery procedures.
• Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to collect assets and verify their condition.
• Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Handle customer concerns and negotiate resolutions to recover assets.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with customer support teams to track outstanding assets.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recovered assets, pending cases, and customer interactions.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all recoveries follow company policies and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or bachelor's degree with experience in asset recovery, collections, or field operations.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage with customers professionally and persuade them for asset returns.
• Fieldwork & Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned areas for asset recovery.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve disputes effectively.
• Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of ISP equipment like routers and modems is a plus.
