Job Description:
Execute monthly marketing calendars across all assigned brands.
Plan, script, coordinate, and manage production of promotional reels and video content.
Manage social media marketing activities including content planning, posting, and boosting.
Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to finalize product promotions and marketing schemes.
Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of creatives, videos, and campaign materials.
Prepare and submit monthly reports including Target vs Achievement, MBR, and marketing highlights.
Handle Job Order (JO) tracking, bill collection, and coordination with the Finance Department.
Manage print collateral content (catalogues, leaflets, etc.) including approvals and execution.
Monitor competitor activities and prepare regular competitor analysis reports.
Specification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Strong marketing and branding knowledge
Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
Experience in digital and social media marketing
Good coordination and communication skills
Analytical mindset with reporting and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
