Assistant Marketing Manager- Putalisadak
Job Description:
  • Execute monthly marketing calendars across all assigned brands.
  • Plan, script, coordinate, and manage production of promotional reels and video content.
  • Manage social media marketing activities including content planning, posting, and boosting.
  • Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to finalize product promotions and marketing schemes.
  • Liaise with agencies for timely delivery of creatives, videos, and campaign materials.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports including Target vs Achievement, MBR, and marketing highlights.
  • Handle Job Order (JO) tracking, bill collection, and coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Manage print collateral content (catalogues, leaflets, etc.) including approvals and execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare regular competitor analysis reports.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong marketing and branding knowledge
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
