Job Title: Assistant Manager - Project Sales (AC Sales)
Location: Kathmandu (All Nepal)
Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + SSF + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage sales efforts for AC projects in the assigned region/market.
Identify and engage potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
Monitor and achieve sales targets, while contributing to the overall business growth.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Handle post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project sales, specifically in the AC industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Target-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is a plus.
