Assistant Sales Manager-Pokhara
Job Description:
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned territory 
  •  Develop and execute effective sales strategies for FMCG and dairy product growth 
  •  Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor activities, pricing trends, and demand patterns 
  •  Plan and optimize sales routes for junior sales officers to maximize coverage and efficiency 
  •  Ensure proper distributor, retailer expansion, and strong market penetration 
  •  Monitor stock availability, distribution flow, and product visibility across outlets 
  •  Conduct frequent field visits and be ready to travel extensively to support sales growth and market development 
  •  Guide, train, and review performance of sales officers and provide on-ground coaching 
  •  Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions, campaigns, and product availability 
  •  Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis for management review
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field 
  •  3–5 years of experience in FMCG or dairy product sales with team handling experience 
  •  Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills 
  •  Experience in market analysis and route planning is highly preferred
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets 
  •  Willingness to travel frequently for field supervision and market expansion
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools 
  •  Valid driving license preferred
