Job Description:

• Coordinate audit, tax, VAT, and compliance assignments 
•  Prepare assignment schedules and ensure timely completion 
•  Allocate work to junior staff and monitor progress 
•  Review working papers before partner review 
•  Maintain proper documentation and filing of audit files 
•  Handle client communication and follow-ups for documents 
•  Ensure smooth execution of client assignments 
•  Supervise junior staff and manage workflow efficiency 
•  Support preparation of financial statements and tax returns 
•  Maintain compliance calendars and reporting trackers 
•  Develop SOPs and improve internal processes 
•  Assist partners in day-to-day operational work

Specification:

• Semi-qualified CA / ACCA / CPA preferred 
•  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 
•  3–5 years experience in audit firm / accounting / compliance field 
•  Strong knowledge of audit, accounting, and taxation 
•  Understanding of VAT, TDS, and regulatory compliance 
•  Good client communication and coordination skills 
•  Ability to supervise and manage junior staff 
•  Strong follow-up and deadline management skills 
•  Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
