Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain efficiency at the branch.
• Customer Service Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Support Coordination: Assist the sales team by managing documentation, leads, and follow-ups for new connections.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Track and manage ISP equipment like routers and modems for smooth service operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and customer service teams to streamline processes.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales, service requests, asset usage, and operational performance.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure branch activities align with company policies and service standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Requirements :

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with experience in branch operations, customer service, or administration (preferably in telecom/ISP).
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure smooth coordination of operations.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of ISP services, broadband setups, and customer support processes.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and data management tools.
