Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities :

 
Strategic Management

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Branch sales goals and business objectives on year-to-year basis. 
  • Determine and monitor the branch key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue vs. plan, booking closure rate, overall and service-wise revenue, etc. 
  • Monitor the service quality in coordination with other divisions and present weekly/monthly and quarterly reports (as per necessity) to the immediate supervisor/team on the result. 
  •  Anticipate and respond quickly to trends and changes in performance. Develop and manage Branch Direct Cost budgets. 

Leadership

  •  Become a role model of the company’s culture in addition to directing and managing Branch employees. 
  •  Hire, develop, supervise and mentor Branch staff appropriate as per company’s maturity and Branch size and directly supervise/mentor branch employees as well as defining roles and responsibilities of each staff. 
  •  Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the team to achieve their defined targets. 
  •  Develop operational goals for the branch and individuals within the division which are aggressive, yet obtainable, and tied to the long-term goals of the branch/company in coordination with the concerned stakeholders. 
  •  Conduct performance appraisal analysis (as devised by the HR department) and recommend salary change/promotions to the concerned immediate supervisor. 
  • Develop and monitor the KPIs of respective branch employees and conduct regular coaching, sharing, reviewing, and monitoring sessions to ensure the achievement of the assigned KPIs. 

Sales & Marketing

  • Conduct regular marketing activities based on company plan in order to achieve the set target. 
  • Ensure the revenue of the branch is intact as per the set objective and continuous follow shall be made in order for proper payment collection. 
  • Assists with complex sales negotiations attend sales presentations and help to close sales deals. 
  • Develops and oversees a sales training program for new and existing employees. Similarly ensures sales employees are equipped with the product, system, and selling-skills training that are required to be successful. 

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare, analyze and submit reports of ongoing branch activities using proper analytical and reporting tools based on the company reporting framework. 
  • Ensure the proper implementation of all the regulatory and compliance requirements as per the company policies/standards. 
  • Adequately implement the process and procedure of ISO 9001 (QMS) framework in branch. 
  • Conduct and assist to exercise the regular internal and external audit based on QMS, ISMS and other defined framework.
