Branch Manager
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISP products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.


Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Supervise a team of employees, including sales representatives, customer service agents, and technical support staff.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
  • Implement solutions to improve branch performance.
  • Generate regular reports on branch performance and provide updates to senior management.
