Develop and implement branch business plans and budgets in alignment with company objectives, subject to approval by the CEO and Board.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch management team to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and targets.
Coordinate with HR and Head Office to hire, train, and develop functional managers and supervisors.
Ensure optimal utilization of all staff to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining discipline as per the Company Handbook.
Analyze operational processes and recommend or implement control measures and system improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks.
Make timely and effective decisions to address operational and management matters.
Plan and ensure formal and informal training programs are conducted to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
Ensure all staff are aware of and consistently follow company policies, procedures, handbook, and internal circulars.
Ensure full compliance with operational terms approved by Head Office and all internal and external guidelines.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or management role.
Strong strategic and financial management skills.
Proven leadership and people management abilities.
Sound knowledge of operational and compliance management.
Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
