Job Description:

• Achieve branch sales targets for internet subscriptions, networking solutions, and other ISP services. 
• Lead, Train, and manage branch staff to maintain high performance and employee satisfaction. 
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch Targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and address complaints or issues promptly.
• Monitor branch Financials, include revenue, expenses, and collections.
• Manage branch inventory, resources, and logistic effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor's running or completed in Management preferred.
• Knowledge of ISP operations, internet services, and customer support processes.
• Ability to work under pressures and meet targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
