Job Description:

1. Direct all operational aspect including sales & marketing, admin, Human resources & operations
2. Assess local market conditions identify current and prospective sales opportunities
3. Meets branch sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; preparing cost center; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
4. Identify new business opportunities in coordination with the business development team and potential clients, through research and analysis of business, industry, competitive, and client-specific issues and trends
5. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities of Internet and DTV/IPTV and policies to promote products and services in coordination with Regional Manager
6. Managing, training and motivating team to drive efficiency and productivity.
7. Manage overall branch activities
