Branch Manager
Job Description:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations (ISP or telecom industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISP operations, internet services, and customer support processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead, train, and manage branch staff to maintain high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and address complaints or issues promptly.
  • Monitor branch financials, including revenue, expenses, and collections.
  • Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales, and operations to head office.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for service delivery, installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage branch inventory, resources, and logistics effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
