Job Description:
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and referral networks to support clinic growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Conduct market research, outreach campaigns, and lead generation activities to expand the client base.
  • Follow up on inquiries, nurture prospects, and guide them through the conversion process.
  • Present clinic services effectively, addressing client needs and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular performance and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with clinic objectives.
  • Identify gaps in the market and provide insights for service improvement and new offerings.
  • Participate in networking events, seminars, and community initiatives to promote clinic visibility.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries, complaints, or concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive service adoption.


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in sales/business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with good organizational ability.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
