Job Description:
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and referral networks to support clinic growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance engagement and retention.
Conduct market research, outreach campaigns, and lead generation activities to expand the client base.
Follow up on inquiries, nurture prospects, and guide them through the conversion process.
Present clinic services effectively, addressing client needs and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular performance and progress reports.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with clinic objectives.
Identify gaps in the market and provide insights for service improvement and new offerings.
Participate in networking events, seminars, and community initiatives to promote clinic visibility.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries, complaints, or concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive service adoption.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years experience in sales/business development (preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with good organizational ability.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
