Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in automotive, EV, energy, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding and interest in the EV industry and sustainable mobility solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, corporates, and fleet operators.
Promote and sell EV vehicles, charging solutions, and related services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to generate leads and market visibility.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, leads, and customer interactions through CRM tools.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
