Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in automotive, EV, energy, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding and interest in the EV industry and sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and events.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, corporates, and fleet operators.
  • Promote and sell EV vehicles, charging solutions, and related services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to generate leads and market visibility.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, leads, and customer interactions through CRM tools.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
