Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing them effectively, and converting them into satisfied customers. Utilizing digital technologies to the fullest, the Business Development Officer will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Customers Lead Generation:  
Vacant position details 
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, networking events, corporate collaboration and industry partnerships. 
Customers Lead Management:  Effectively manage leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to business deal to successful closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships to drive conversions. 
Customer Conversion:  Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations to convert leads into loyal customers, showcasing the unique value propositions of our services. 
Digital Technology Utilization:  Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and maximize efficiency in lead generation and management. 
Extensive Travel and Visits:  Conduct regular visits to potential clients, industry events, and partner organizations to build rapport, gather market insights, and promote our services effectively. 
Client Follow-Up:  Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals. Regularly communicate communication materials to the leads. 
Quality Delivery Assurance:  Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of services, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations and quality standards. 

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred) with relevant industry experience of more than 3 years in BD. 
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the travel and hospitality industry. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, with experience in lead generation, management, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies for sales and marketing purposes, including CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed to meet business objectives. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
  • Well versed with effective use of CRM software, Excel sheets and other related travel software’s.
