Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify market trends and create effective business strategies.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
