Job Description:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with HR/recruitment and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
  • Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Specification:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or service industry is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and client management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Nepali corporate and outsourcing market is a plus.
