Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Overview: The Cargo Handler will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of incoming and outgoing shipments of helmets and bike spare parts. This role is critical in ensuring that all goods are properly received, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments: Unload incoming shipments of helmets and bike spare parts, ensuring that all items are received in good condition and match the accompanying documentation.
• Inventory Management: Accurately record and store items in the warehouse, following the company's inventory management procedures.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for any damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Loading and Dispatching: Safely load and secure outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including the proper storage of materials and the regular inspection of equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit]) regularly.
