Job Description:

• Promptly and professionally respond to inbound calls, social media inquiries, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide detailed information about Vatsalya Natural IVF treatment services to patients and prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments and ensure patients are equipped with necessary information and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Address patient queries and concerns effectively through follow‐up communication.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill patient needs seamlessly.
• Achieve or surpass call center performance targets, including quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Specification:

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
•  Fluency in English and Nepali languages is mandatory. 
•  Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
