Job Description:

1. Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
2. Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meat, and portioning ingredients.
3. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
4. Ensure kitchen areas, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized.
5. Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
6. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
7. Support the team in ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
8. Follow the café’s standard operating procedures and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
