Counselor- Baluwatar
Job Description:
  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding Folliderm’s treatments and services. 
  •  Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment packages. 
  •  Convert consultations into sales by effectively presenting treatment benefits and value. 
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat visits. 
  •  Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk team for seamless service delivery. 
  •  Maintain accurate client records and consultation details in the system. 
  •  Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments. 
  •  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. 
  •  Prepare and maintain sales and client conversion reports. 
  •  Handle client queries and concerns professionally and promptly. 
  •  Guide and support junior counselors to improve performance. 
  •  Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities for lead generation. 
  •  Ensure proper documentation of treatment plans, packages, and payments. 
  •  Maintain a premium consultation environment and client experience. 
  •  Coordinate with the marketing team for lead tracking and follow-ups. 
  •  Ensure confidentiality of client information and treatment details. 
  •  Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards. 
  •  Manage high client volumes efficiently while maintaining service quality. 
  •  Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, products, and services. 
  •  Perform additional duties as assigned by management. 


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales counseling, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, education consultancy, or service-based industries. 
  •  Strong sales, consultation, and client conversion skills. 
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 
  •  Experience handling high-value clients and premium services. 
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and client management tools. 
  •  Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking skills. 
  •  Professional personality with leadership and team guidance capability.
