Job Description:

• Install and configure WiFi routers and internet devices at customer locations. 
•  Troubleshoot and resolve on-site network and connectivity issues. 
•  Coordinate with the technical support team for backend support and configuration. 
•  Guide customers on basic device usage and troubleshooting. 
•  Attend service calls and installations on time. 
•  Collect customer feedback and report technical issues. 
•  Maintain professional behavior and company standards during field visits.

Specification:

• Basic knowledge of networking, WiFi routers, and internet connections. 
•  Good communication skills in English and/or Nepali. 
•  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 
•  Customer-focused, responsible, and punctual. 
•  Ability to work in outdoor field conditions and coordinate with teams. 
•  +2 or equivalent qualification. 
•  Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Networking is an advantage. 
•  1–2 years of experience in ISP or field network support preferred. 
•  Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
