Duties & Responsibilities

1) To keep operating system running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit.
 2) Troubleshoot system and network problems.
 3) Support the roll-out of new applicants.
 4) Set up new user’s accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
5) Priorities and manage many open cases at one time.
 6) Install and configure operating systems.
7) Replace any parts as required.
8) Responding in a timely manner to service issue and requests.
