Transport fiber technicians safely and efficiently to customer locations for new installations, fault rectifications, maintenance visits, and emergency service calls as coordinated by the CRO Front team.
Ensure timely movement of technicians by following daily service schedules, priority complaints, and optimized routes to minimize delays and improve customer response time.
Maintain continuous coordination with CRO, NOC, and technical teams by providing real-time updates on technician location, job status, and completion reports.
Assist fiber technicians in handling tools, routers, ONT devices, cables, and other required equipment during field visits to support smooth service delivery.
Represent the company professionally at customer premises by following service protocols, safety guidelines, and traffic rules at all times.
Specification:
SEE completed; +2 will be an added advantage.
Valid two-wheeler driving license with good riding skills; own bike preferred as per company policy.
Good knowledge of local routes and service areas.
Physically fit, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Basic understanding of WiFi / FTTH services with good communication and coordination skills.
