Job Description:
  •  Perform network testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.
  • Assist in the planning and design of fiber optic network installations when required.
  •  Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of network infrastructure.
  • Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers or end-users when necessary.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are maintained in proper working condition.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on field activities, technical issues, and progress to supervisors or management. 
  • Basic knowledge of broadband and fiber optic network systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving on-site technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills in English and/or Nepali.
  •  Ability to collaborate with team members and follow operational instructions efficiently. 
Specification:
  •   Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license to support mobility for field visits and client coordination when required.
  •  Should have access to a personal two-wheeler to ensure timely travel for customer meetings, service follow-ups, or operational support.
  •  Must own a smartphone to facilitate field reporting, internal communication, and coordination with team members and supervisors.
  • Good knowledge of local areas, roads, and routes to effectively manage travel and reach customer locations efficiently.
  •  Prior experience in customer service, client relationship management, field coordination, or technical support will be considered an added advantage.
  •  Ability to communicate professionally with customers and represent the organization in a positive manner during field interactions.
  •   Willingness to work in dynamic environments, including occasional outdoor assignments, customer visits, and flexible field conditions when required.
