Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive network testing and troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve connectivity and performance issues in a timely manner 
•  Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of fiber optic and broadband network infrastructure as per project requirements 
•  Coordinate closely with technical and field teams to ensure smooth execution of installation, maintenance, and repair activities 
•  Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction 
•  Monitor network performance and proactively report potential issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions 
•  Maintain and handle tools, equipment, and company vehicles responsibly, ensuring they are in proper working condition at all times 
•  Accurately document field activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, and submit detailed daily reports to the supervisor or management team 
•  Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures while performing all field-related tasks 
•  Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback from field experiences to enhance network performance and service delivery 
•  Ensure effective communication with team members and supervisors to align daily activities with organizational goals

Specification:

• Basic understanding of broadband and fiber optic network systems 
•  Strong problem-solving ability for handling on-field technical issues 
•  Good communication skills in English and/or Nepali 
•  Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively 
•  Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle 
•  Familiarity with local routes and field mobility 
•  Prior experience in network installation, testing, or technical support preferred 
•  Willingness to work in outdoor and dynamic field conditions
