Job Description:

• Perform network testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues. 
•  Assist in planning and designing fiber optic network infrastructure as required. 
•  Coordinate with team members for installation, maintenance, and repair activities. 
•  Provide on-site technical support to customers when needed. 
•  Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper condition. 
•  Prepare and submit daily field activity reports to the supervisor/management. 
•  Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Specification:

• Basic knowledge of broadband and fiber optic networks. 
•  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
•  Good communication skills in English and/or Nepali. 
•  Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. 
•  Valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle preferred. 
•  Smartphone for reporting and communication. 
•  Willingness to work in field/outdoor conditions. 
•  Prior experience in network installation or technical support is an advantage.
