Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and coordinate digital content, posts, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Generate and manage quality leads through digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to support lead conversion and sales growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, advertising costs, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for management.
• Lead and coordinate the digital marketing and content team.
• Coordinate with external agencies and marketing partners when required.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Good understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
