Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, consultants, hospitals, clinics, and referral doctors. 
•  Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare institutions to promote fertility and IVF-related services. 
•  Coordinate with doctors regarding patient referrals, appointments, consultations, and follow-ups. 
•  Ensure effective communication between patients, doctors, and internal teams. 
•  Organize doctor meetings, awareness programs, healthcare events, and networking activities. 
•  Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen professional partnerships. 
•  Maintain records of doctor visits, referrals, and engagement activities. 
•  Support marketing and business development initiatives related to healthcare services. 
•  Handle inquiries professionally while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. 
•  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field. 
•  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, doctor relationship management, IVF, pharmaceutical, or hospital industry preferred. 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities. 
•  Good presentation and coordination skills. 
•  Knowledge of IVF, fertility, or healthcare services is an added advantage. 
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. 
•  Professional appearance and confident personality. 
•  Strong reporting and organizational skills. 
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
•  Ability to achieve targets and maintain professional relationships.
