Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to manage market visits, convert sales leads, and provide daily updates to supervisors. The role involves meeting performance benchmarks and building strong customer relationships.

Note: This vacancy is open for Baluwatar Branch, Gongabu Branch and Jorpati Branch

Responsibilities and Duties:

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Align day-to-day tasks (Market visit plus sales conversion) according to the guidance provided by the supervisor and furnish the day-end report.
• Work in line to achieve the set performance benchmark.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
•  Implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the subscriber base.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
•  Ensure the reduction of suspended and inactive customer accounts by the end of each month.
• Provide the Supervisor with daily updates and reports regarding non-contactable customers (Upcoming/Inactive/Suspended)
• Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to marketing campaigns and services.
