Enterprise Support Assistant-Baluwatar, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  •  Assist enterprise clients by responding to service inquiries and support requests.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain records of customer requests, complaints, and service activities in the system.
  • Monitor service performance and report any issues affecting enterprise clients.
  •   Support the enterprise team in managing daily operational tasks and client communications.
  •   Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and services are running smoothly.
  •  Prepare reports related to client support activities and service status.
  •   Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  •  Maintain professional communication with enterprise customers and internal teams.
  •   Assist in improving customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support. 
Specification:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  •  Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or technical support.
  •  Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  •   Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Prior experience in customer support, enterprise support, or IT support is preferred.
