Job Description:

• Supervise fiber installation, maintenance, and field operation teams 
•  Monitor splicing quality, fiber integrity, and overall route performance 
•  Assign daily tasks to field technicians and track progress of work 
•  Coordinate with NOC and ONM teams for quick resolution of network outages and issues 
•  Ensure all field activities follow safety standards and operational procedures 
•  Prepare regular reports on installation progress, faults, and fiber network performance 
•  Conduct inspections and audits of fiber routes and maintenance records to ensure quality compliance 
•  Support in improving network uptime and reducing fiber-related issues

Specification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field 
•  3–5 years of experience in fiber optic installation, maintenance, or operations 
•  Strong leadership and team management abilities 
•  In-depth knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and network handling 
•  Ability to manage multiple field activities and prioritize tasks effectively 
•  Strong coordination and communication skills with technical teams and departments 
•  Good reporting skills and ability to maintain operational records 
•  Understanding of safety standards and field operational procedures 
•  KPI-focused mindset including quality installation, reduced downtime, and team efficiency
