Fiber Technician
Job Description:

• Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate work records and material usage logs.

• Assist in fiber laying, duct pulling, and route preparation when required.

• Experience troubleshooting fiber breaks, low signal issues, and ONT/router-related problems.

• Physically fit to perform field work.

• Willing to work during extended hours, fiber cuts, and emergencies.

Qualifications
• Minimum education: +2.

 Required Skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

Technical Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fiber optics installation and maintenance (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
• Knowledge of FTTH/FTTx installation, fiber splicing, jointing, and connectorization.
• Experience troubleshooting fiber breaks, low signal issues, and ONT/router-related problems.
