Job Description:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
•   Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
•  Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency
•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies
•    Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
•  Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support business decisions
•     Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
•      Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
•     Lead and mentor the finance team

Specification:

•     Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional certification such as CA/ACCA/ Semi-qualified CA preferred)
•    Proven experience in financial management or a similar role
•     Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations
•     Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel     Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•     Strong leadership and communication abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
