Job Description:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, ACCA, CPA 

       preferred). 

•  Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 

        years in a managerial role. 

•  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws. 
•  Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, NAV, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. 
•  Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. 
•  Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support company 

       objectives. 

•  Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts for senior management. 
•  Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
•  Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing 

       processes. 

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal controls. 
•  Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction 

        and efficiency improvement. 

•  Coordinate audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors. 
•  Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team members, fostering a culture of growth and 

        accountability. 

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Admin, Procurement, Sales) for cross-functional 

       financial planning and operations. 

• Support strategic decision-making with clear and timely financial insights and 

       recommendations. 

•  Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and key stakeholders for smooth financial 

        operations.
