Front Desk cum Accountant-Thapathali, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Manage front desk operations including welcoming visitors, clients, and handling inquiries professionally. 
  •  Attend and manage incoming calls, sales inquiries, and direct them to the concerned departments. 
  •  Handle customer complaints and grievances efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Maintain proper records of visitors, calls, and front desk activities. 
  •  Assist in daily accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, and data entry. 
  •  Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in the system. 
  •  Support accounts team in maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and reports. 
  •  Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for smooth workflow. 
  •  Manage petty cash and assist in basic financial reporting. 
  •  Ensure proper documentation and filing of both administrative and financial records. 
  •  Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree running/completed (BBS/BBA or related field preferred). 
  •  Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in front desk or accounting will be an advantage. 
  •  Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office administration. 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Ability to handle sales calls and customer grievances professionally. 
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). 
  •  Smart appearance with a professional and positive attitude. 
  •  Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 
  •  Good organizational and time management skills. 
  •  Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. 
  •  Valid bike license will be an added advantage.
