Job Description:
Deal with walk-in-customers and handle their queries in courteous manner
Provide information and explain about the service product to the customer
Handle the payment and receipt entry
Maintain proper record of payment received
Handle incoming calls and transferring it to respective department
Liaise with all the departments in the office to solve the customer query
Greet all the customers with a smile and guide them properly
Specification:
+2 completed or equivalent level of education
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer relationship and service skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
